Yes tgey are I ordered 25 from a place called tge silkworm shop but my main supplier coastal is the best at sending them and they always survive the trip so I prefer coastal. Tgey also make things right when the shipment kills them very professional.

No tips just keep it humid! Don't pull any shed off of your Chameleon. Just let it do it's thing. My Ambilobe always seems to have a piece left over and then sheds it next time .
