Not sure in the right place.

So I was reading this: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/575-january-2012-dry-gutload-recipe.html Anyone know where I can get all these ingredients at one place? Like an online store? I live in a fairly small town and some I can get but others I haven't a clue. Thanks.

dubia and green banana Roach turn over time

Dubia roaches grow considerably slow. You can speed their growth rate up and breeding rate by keeping a heating pad under the bin or tote. In my roach breeding and keeping experience, from a newborn to 3/4" would take about 6 weeks maybe more and maybe less depending on temperature. All in all I...

    Brown Veiled

You may have answered his but how far is the farthest your chameleon gets from your UVB bulb? A reptisun 5.0 has a max uvb distance of 12 inches. I have had my female veiled since a juvenile and never experienced the brown that I see in your photos. Very puzzling to me actually. Like others have...

Please take a look at my ball python's eye.

Okay so I thought this would disappear after his shed but it hasn't. It's like a white(ish) half moon, thin thing around one side of his eye. Sorry for the red pic but hopefully you can see it. This thing is not on the other eye, just the one. Almost looks like a finger nail shape.:confused...

    Brown Veiled

If you have a temp gun you can point it right on her body. That will definitely give a good indication if she is too cold or not.

    Please take a look

Thank you for all the replies. She is 5 1/2 inches from tip of snout to vent. Shall I just put moist play sand in a shallow tote in the bottom of her enclosure? Here is a picture from the side when she is kind of flared up.

    Please take a look

Hello everyone. I just got a female veiled about 2 weeks ago. I am unsure of the age of her. I was wondering if anyone can tell the age by looks? Also when should I be worried about her laying eggs? Thanks.
