he is starting to look more like his grandfather Nightcrawler. With some of his reds starting to show. when he is relaxed he doesn't show any black just a brilliant deep blue which is hard to get pics of because as soon as you open the cage hes puffing :)
Added some pics when he is at...
I wwould go even more. I kept my trio in a thirty gallon tank. The male really hunted down the females. so the more room the females have to hide from him the better.
Its sad that vince from screameleons isn't at the shows anymore. I saw those sailfins and wanted to get a pair but I don't have the room for anymore chams.
I am glad someone got one. The show is not the best for chams but every once in awhile somone comes there with there captive breds...
I think my girlfriend has a bone to pick with you. he immediately comes to the door hissing and gaping when she comes near the cage lol.
so i'm guessing he is about 8 months now uh?
Im guessing he is around 8 months now but has colored up nicely after 2 sheds. Still one mean little boy. He will rush the door as you open it to keep you from coming in. :)
Its amazing how pictures really don't catch how brilliant a blue he really is.
she is definately a cutie, I always felt bad putting her in her bucket to lay eggs . she always had a sad face on. The last time though she was in the bucket for all of two hours. Laid them buried them then when to the stop to say let me out!!
the not so happy Gracie. She is WC so we don't know the daddy. i have had her a year this month. She has dropped 3 fertile clutches and one infertile. So I am cutting food back hoping she doesnt lay anymore. She has done more than enough :)
I go to at least one of the shows there to refill on bugs. There is never that many chameleons at that show and it seems the people that usually do have not been going to any of the new york shows lately.
