He's still growing I'd keep feeding him. I would also cut the meal worms out of his diet and try silk worms. Meal worms contain a lot of chitin which can lead to impacting.

The only thing I can think of is a calcium defficency.what is this nutrbol supplement you use? You should be dusting with calcium with out d3 or phosphorus about every feeding and calcium with d3 once every other week
