i found a whole bunch of nice pieces of wood in the ravine by my house and thought "well it's way cheaper than the pet store stuff". what should i do to make them parasite free? how long do i put them in the oven and at what temp? do i put them in boiling water first? with or without bleach...
lots of people have been saying that they put their chams in the shower to rehydrate them. don't you have to put dechlorination stuff in the water before you water them? so how does that work? is it ok for them to have normal water? also, do you just put a plant a stick in the shower and turn on...
i'm pretty sure the cage i built is made of spruce. what kind/brand of sealer/paint should i use that's non-toxic once cured, to protect the wood from rotting?? how long should it cure for?
