do you have any problem with the wood rotting from the misting or do u use a dripper cause im about to make a 4'wide possibly 5 by 4'tall by 3'deep cage and was trying to figure out weather to use pool screen frames or wood frames. what is ur opinion on this?

So i think it is kinda funny that thor is scared of his reflection but i dont think he does lol i think the pic explains it all. He doesnt get fired up he gets really dark and hides lol. do any body else have a cham that does this?? :')

I would do the 2cage thing but it will cost me about 80-100$ to do the custom cage so it would be cheaper but tjanks for the idea that a good one

ya im the same way i have a mist king that goes of every 2hours for about 3mins so i like to know that if he get thirsty he can go to the dripper. One thing i have not seen is him drinking from it but im gone for most of the day so that might be why

if the rain dome is on all the time then no you should be fine if it is on every 2 hours u should be fine also but i just use the dripper so if they want a drink when the rain dome isnt on

I have a 2'x2'x4' cage right now and i want to upgrade to a 4'wide mabe 5' not sure, 4' tall and 3' deep cage for my chameleon thor. So my question is do u guy have any suggestions on what i should use as my frame for the cage? Right now i am thinking im going to use pool cage screen frames...

honestly they dont require that much more other than smaller food and be more careful when holding them cause they are kinda just walk on anything even if it means not being able to hold on to it lol. People say not to start of with a 2x2x4 cage but my cham was just fine growing up in it and...

Those look like burn marks! How hot is ur basking temps they should be at 85 degrees to make sure this does n ot happen:( U will need to bring him to a vet if this is the case and get some antibiotics to help heal the burns

Its one drip for every 2 to3 seconds and u can leave it on all day and turn it,of at night I have a dripper and a mistking he likes both cause somtimes he wants water and the mistking ist on :) and nice ficus im in florida and all the nursery s here suck when it comes to those:(

A easy way to do so is get a rope that he can hrip and let him on it amd just mark the rope from his head to tail then measure the wrope so he isnt as stressed as if u put a tape measure next to him:)

He might not be getting enough sleep topically you only keep lights on for 12hours not 15!! Those 3extra hours really help:) also is it very dark when the lights shut of or are u house lights inside still on?

I would sand down the branches so ur cham doesnt get splinters after that ya bleach should be good enough just make sure u clean of with water really good then let sit and fully dry to male sure all the bleach has evaped from insidd the sticks. On the glass tank im sure it will be ok if he is in...
