you dont ever use red or blue bulbs....use a 40 watt house bulb...the heat bulbs will hurt your cham....also depends on what kinda cham you have...but either way i have 11 with a nice variety and i never use heat bulbs...just normal house bulbs...keeps them happy and saves tons of energy...my 2...

how bigs the container you have and how full is it of sand? how bigs the flexarium.....do u have a vine or somthing leading right down to the spot? try putting her in the spot a few times and than leave her alone.....restlessness is good.....cover up the flex with paper or somthing so u cant see...
