you dont ever use red or blue bulbs....use a 40 watt house bulb...the heat bulbs will hurt your cham....also depends on what kinda cham you have...but either way i have 11 with a nice variety and i never use heat bulbs...just normal house bulbs...keeps them happy and saves tons of energy...my 2...
