If you have an idea of who might have taken them, go to that person's house, when parents are there, and tell them your story and for them to be on the look out. If they know their kid has some, they may make them return them.

I would go to your nearest postal service and find out what the quickest way there is to ship him. It may be costly, but, hopefully he can be saved. If he can't be shipped, try to find a large forest to release him in. Just my opinion...
setup
You need many more climbing sticks, esp. near the top of the cage. Then just pull some of your vines upward. Chameleons like to be at the top of the cage.

My oldest Nosy Be male is 16 mos. I have had him since he was 1 year. I've never seen him release a sperm plug. His first mating produced 13 unfertilized eggs. Is this related? I also have a 5mo. Nosy Be whom I have never seen a sperm plug released. Approx. when will this happen...
hand feeding
It's a start, but I think you should move to your hand while he is still young. It takes them a few minutes to get it together before they go for it. Put the food between your fingers so it doesn't leave your hand, but can still wiggle it's legs or something. Good luck.
My Nosy Be laid 13 eggs prematurely ( 1week). They have all grown fungus over them. I few that did not look too bad, I gently rubbed the eggs with a super small artist brush. I do this often. She is about 15 months, and this is her first clutch. Do the eggs have a chance at all? I am so...
