    Anyone Using Apogee's Reptarium Enclosures?

I'm not quite sure how old she is exactly. I got her in March 2008 and she wasn't tiny but not full size either... here's a picture of her when we got her....

    First Batch of Eggs

I provide her water with a mister and a waterfall (at the moment... cleaning very often and thoroughly because my dripper was problematic). She laid approx. 15 eggs

    First Batch of Eggs

I actually didn't provide her with a place to lay her eggs. That was something I oddly never came across while reading up on them before I got her. I'm glad everything went well in spite of my lack of knowledge on the subject. I know now though. She laid quite a few eggs and yes, she did...

    First Batch of Eggs

My girl just laid her first batch of eggs last night (infertile). Oddly enough, she didn't bury them or anything. She just laid them while up at the top of her cage on a vine and they dropped onto the cage floor and some even landed in the plants. Should I remove them? She seems to be acting...

    Anyone Using Apogee's Reptarium Enclosures?

Is it difficult to maintain proper humidity with a mesh cage? I am currently using a glass cage with a mesh top and vents in the front but after reading this forum I am thinking I should switch to the mesh (also a taller one - currently using an 18x18x18 - i think)

She still won't warm up to me...

She still won't warm up to me...

I got my female veiled chameleon back in March 2008 for my birthday. The owner of the pet store we bought her at breeds them himself and handles them enough (not excessively). He told me to leave her alone for 1-2 weeks then try to gradually get her used to me by putting my hand near her and...
