I have 3 females available and 1 male avail from my Professor line of Nosy Falys. The Professor is a wc faly that I have had for 1 1/2 yr. He was bred to a cb female. So these are unrelated to any other lines here on the forum.
Male: $300.00 plus shipping
Females: $200.00 plus shipping /...
Thanks for kind words Drew. Yeah its amazing the changes they go thru as they age. Thats why I keep telling ppl dont give up on sub adults/babies. They can really suprise you later on......
Wish i could go to the Canadian Breeders show Drew. I'd love to see what lines your working with now....
I looked into those back when I had a b&g macaw. Those are friggin expensive bro. Like Cricketkilla said, its alot cheaper to build one yourself and you can design it too fit your needs. Look at Dr O's outdoor enclosure, it turned out really nice.
Thank you everyone for the kind comments. Sherlock is really appreciative.
His spikes starting changing at about 9-10 mos and have gotten whiter as he aged.
I think the easiest solution would be to cut some plywood bottoms for the girls cages in the appropriate size and ditch the pvc since the cages are suspended. I know with fire ants in Florida & also here in Texas I like the idea of a suspended cage if the chams are going to be outside 24/7. Tell...
Any updates on this poor guy? Forget the locale crap and dont worry about it for now. I'd focus on finding out what is going on with the cham. You dont want to let that go too long the sooner its identified the sooner you can start getting the proper meds to address the issue.
Well I had most of my crew outside last weekend enjoying the cooler weather. So i got a few pics of Sherlock. He will be 3 yrs old in a cpl of weeks. So I wanted to get some updated pics of him. Hes a cb faly from Chuck G's Quazar line.
The older hes gotten the more his spikes on his back have...
Best mitsio Ive ever seen on the forum. He's a stunner for sure. Mine has the maroon bars and red eyes. I love the males with green bars. I wish you were in the states I'd love to have a trio of females from that guy......:D
When you are feeding him can he see out of both eyes? Try holding his feeders on either side of his head so that he cant use the other eye to find the feeder. If he is only striking at feeders on one side then you know he lost eyesight or partial eyesight in the other eye. He could have damaged...
Love the shot of Jr & Hendershot together. That was an awesome pic. And the parsonni look stunning. Great group Jann. They are lucky to have such a good keeper. Keep the pics coming!
Ive fed wc insects for about 15yrs & parasites arent the issue. What ppl dont understand is that captive raised bugs can introduce parasites just like a wc bug can. The real issue is finding a safe collection area & being able to identify what your feeding your cham. I dont feed ANYTHING I cant...
If you are worried about her possibly crashing on you. You can take her to the vet and get her a shot of oxytocin. It will stimulate her to start having contractions. So she should go ahead and pass the eggs. If you do get the shot it has to be done before she gets too weak to push them out. If...
Its not just the ppl in your country bro. There are unknowledgeable poor keepers everywhere. We def have our share over here too! The worst purveyors of poor husbandry info seem to be pet shop owners or employees that just give outright wrong husbandry advice and sell nwebies on stuff that has...
