I wouldn't, I know at lest the fruit baby food is petty lacking nutritionally (why I don't feed it to my crested gecko), most processed food is less nutritional than fresh and may also have additives and preservatives, so the fresher the better (for yourself and animals) Just my 2 cents

Might could modify paint pans and glue in hose bibs and drain hoses on the "low side". Or find a shallow container (or cut down a deep one) and block one end up and put you're drain on the low end.

I have my reservoir below my pump and it does fine once it's primed, I do use RO water now because tap water clogged my nozzles/zip drip valve. Have you cleaned the zip drip valve (or even tried it with out it )? Also try priming it.

I spot clean daily, then full clean once to twice monthly. Yeah it's a bit of a chore but good preventive maintainance. I think the feeder bens require more cleaning than the chameleon cade cages!

I've heard some bad things about the zilla brand uvb lights as well, imo go with repti-sun 5.0 or repti-glo 5.0 tube style. Also if the weather is good nothing beats real sun (just make sure and watch close any time you take him out side)
