You can save a ton on shipping but otherwise the savings are minimal. And often the animals are being sold by wholesalers and importers and are wc's. Unless you know the reputation of the seller buyer beware when purchasing animals at shows.
Amen Ferret! Why do ppl always seem to want to put two or more chams in one enclosure? They arent dogs, chams arent pack animals they dont like to interact with each other except to breed. And even then it seems to be more of a mutual short term acceptance than anything.

Do you free range the feeders for your babies? If so it could be a cricket bite thats bothering him. Cant really tell from that small pic but its a possibility.

Try offering him some treats now and then by hand. Like hornworms or silkworms those are good hand feeding offerings. It may take some time but eventually he will assoc you and your hand with food instead of fear.
