Mine curls his tail but I noticed that it seems to slowly uncurl the longer he sleeps. Unsure of whether that helps but just what I have noticed with my cham.

Those pictures are awesome :D I think I'm going to plan a trip to the zoo now, the closest ones to me are the San Diego Zoo and the Fresno Zoo. I love all the giant lizards!
