    baby panther cham help

For now, aside from keeping him hydrated, try to just give him space. Once he feels safe he'll start exploring. I know it's hard to leave them alone but it's probably the best thing for the little guy right now.

    baby panther cham help

Chameleons can take some time to adjust to their new homes. The past 48 hours of his life have been pretty stressful I'm sure. For now, I'd let him be and he'll most likely start venturing around to check out his new home. I wouldn't suggest trying to physically move him as this will just add...

    traveling cham room

Can't wait to see what it looks like when you're all done. Are you going to give the RV a chameleon paint job as well? That would be sweet.

    Mistking?

Thanks for that info. I didn't even think that could be a problem. No more boiling water!

    Mistking?

We bought the starter kit and have it hooked up to two nozzles right now. It's fantastic and makes everything so much easier. It's definitely worth the money and your chams will thank you for it! We don't use a heater but we fill up the reservoir with boiling water so it stays fairly warm.

    how to do indoor plants?

The UV will definitely help the plants grow and thrive in their cage. We currently use pothos and schefflera plants in both cages and we haven't had any issues. We've used ficus in the past but have noticed that the schefflera seems to hold water better. The live plants will help a lot with...

    Eating a Dead Cricket?

I doubt it would cause any problems since it's still fresh but it's unlikely that the chameleon will go after it if it's dead. If you hold it in your fingers and make it look like it's moving you'll probably stand a better chance.

    toads as feeders??

Ugh.. please please don't feed toads to your cham. Aside from the fact that many toads are poisonous, they most definitely have parasites and being larger, probably quite a bit of them. What reasoning do you have for wanting to feed toads to your cham? I can't think of anything aside from your...

    forgoten cham.

That's exactly why we're outside with our chams whenever they are. Even in a cage, I'd want my chams to be within my sight while outdoors.

    what is this ?

It looks like it might be a bit of edema but it's hard to tell. Is that area soft or hard? It's recommended that you fill out the How to Ask for Help form so other members can have more background on your animal and it's care.

Love is in the air! (Pic Heavy)

Well we've hit the 5 month mark and all 26 eggs seem to be doing just fine (as fine as eggs can be, I suppose lol!) I'm going to post another egg pic when I get home since quite a few of them have gotten noticeably bigger than before. They're not windowing or sweating yet so it looks like we'll...
