How essential is it to use an incubator for chameleon eggs? They are for ambilobe panther chameleon.
I watched some video online and it seemed that there is alternatives if you keep them in a closet and keep a close eye on them. Wasn't sure if temperature fluctuations can kill them or not.
Egg Laying
And are you supposed to spray her when she is laying eggs? Lastly if there is a blanket over her cage (there isn't one now) does she just not get any light for a couple of days?
SO I have a ambilobe female. She is ready to lay her eggs. I have found her digging in the bottom of her cage, but I stupidly gave her her own cage away from the other female. Ever since she hasn't been digging and I think the move may have stressed her a little since she's been hiding. Should I...

Thanks for the advice. What size wattage do you think would be best? At the moment it's in a closet so warmth level is probably around 65 at the moment. I don't want them in my room really since they creep me out when they move.
I've been giving them some oranges and they are loving it!
Thanks

THanks

Just bought 1,000 meal worms. Was wondering what the best set-up likely is to keep them alive and well feed? Is a little bark on the bottom of a bucket okay?
I have some Dubai Roaches and I have noticed that there are a couple that die every week or so. Obviously not good for the colony! was wondering if there is a superb set-up that I should be using and if an open lid 5 gallon bucket set-up might be better. Also looking to see if I should try some...
I have some crickets that are dying, usually after I put them in a cage it will vary from probably covering in too much calcium to getting stuck in the pot water collector. Just wondering what people's thoughts are for keeping them alive. What's the best food that I can buy in bulk to feed them...
