    Growing Up

my male veiled tripled in size in his 6th-7th month. he was eating 20 large crix a day and 1 or 2 silkies. he now only eats 5-6 crix and 2 supers. i dont think he is going to get much larger. his body is about 12" long nose to butt.

How much should crickets be dusted with calcium?

I found that the plastic bottle that the drink fuze comes in works great. it has ridges that keep exess powder from falling out. also a paper towel tube fits perfectly onto top(tube used to remove crickets from container). when done you can put lid back on and save remaining powder.

    food for my cham

crickets and superworms are the easiest to gut load. silkworms are almost always a favorite. and roaches are the easiest to breed. all in all you should provide a variety of feeders. some chams are picky, they will only eat certain food. i would try a few differnt kinds and see what they like...
