There should be no lights on at night. If temps get too low (under 60) then you can use a ceramic heat emitter that does not emit any light. There should also be nothing on the bottom of the cage.
Are you using any supplements? The crickets should be dusted with calcium w/o d3 at every...
You should get some calcium w/o d3 and a multi vitamin. The most recommended supplement schedule is:
Calcium w/o d3 at every feeding
Calcium w d3 twice a month
Multi vitamin twice a month
What are the temps in the basking area? The basking area should be kept around 80-85 and the rest of...
Definitely get her to a vet. Once she is healthy there are probably a few things you should change.
At that age the cage should be at least 2ft wide X 2ft deep X 4 ft high.
Waterfalls can be breeding grounds for bacteria. Unless it has a filter and it is cleaned daily, it should be...
I think you may be over supplementing. Most people here suggest the following schedule:
Calcium w/o D3 every feeding
Calcium w D3 twice a month
Multi vitamin twice a month
Hopefully others will post there schedule/suggestions.
I lightly dust all feeders.
Good gut loading is also...
Chameleons require more height than width. The cage you have should be OK for a little while but you will need a screened cage about 2 foot wide by 2 foot deep by 4 foot high. There is a lot more you will need to know about caring for a cham. I would start with googling jackson chameleon care...
A 10.0 compact bulb is concentrating too much UVB in a small space. Most will recommend a 5.0 tube so the UVB is more spread out throughout the cage. I would strongly recommend changing it or at least raising it above the cage.
Most people in pet stores will look like they know what they are...
Orange cubes and potatoes are not a sufficient gut load. I would search the forums for more info I gut loading. I use Repashy super load, the orange cubes for hydration, and various fruits and vegetables.
Supplements should be calcium w/o d3 at every feeding, calcium with d3 twice a month, and...
A regular bulb will work fine. The wattage you need will depend on how far the bulb is from the basking spot. The basking spot should be around 85 degrees.
The 10.0 could be too strong. They are made for desert reptiles. Most use a 5.0 for chams. Is it sitting right on top of the cage or is it lifted? You may need to lift it up or switch to a 5.0.
Orange cubes are not a very nutritious gutload. I only use them for the moisture. I also use...
I would suggest filling this out so we can tell you if you are doing everything right.

I don't think that the trex product is sufficient. You should be dusting with calcium without phosphorous and D3 at every feeding, calcium with D3 twice a month, and a multi-vitamin twice a month. Here's a thread discussing the trex product...
I don't see anything about gut loading or supplements in your post. Are you gut loading the feeders? Are you giving him calcium and a multi-vitamin? If you are, what is your schedule?
