Hi! I am new to chameleon keeping and find myself with a quandary...
I have crickets, dubia roaches, mealworms and fruit flies. They are each in their own critter keepers or bins. The problem is, I also have 3 cats and a three year old son!

My very first chameleon was ChameleoPatrick's last chameleon (for the time being). I picked up the amazingly gorgeous vivarium and handsome little Peretti male (whom I named Marcus) on Wednesday evening! We've had a couple of days to settle in and I'm pleased to announce it's going very well...
Chameleons are not the type of animal which should be handled. Think of it like a fish- beautiful, enjoy, observe and leave her be. If she's showing signs of stress then she does not enjoy being handled...
