    MistKing Seconds Timer

Ok so... I'm leaving for Florida in juts a couple hours and I need to get my MistKing timer going. I understand everyhting about it except how to set the seconds. You can set it up to mist for say 30 seconds 4 times a day right? Well, I seem to be having issues and this is pretty urgent since...

    Shedding question

Nothing really abnormal about that. Depends on the size and age of the cham as well. My guy can take a whole day or even 2 to completely shed.. He'll shed his legs, back and sides, then tail and head and so on and so on.. No worries

    Born With Defective Tongue???

Thanks, Sandra. As of lately I have been cup feeding him, which he does pretty well with because he enjoys crawling completely in the cup. But now that you mention a little bowl, I think I will do that.. would even be more accessible for him. Considering he's a Kammer baby, I highly doubt any...

    Born With Defective Tongue???

Ditto, I wonder about the inline breeding myself, I know that their gene pool is so vast but yet inline for too long.... I could see this being the problem. I haven't yet spoke with the breeder but will probably give them a call tomorrow and see what they think.

    Born With Defective Tongue???

So come to find out my boy ambilobe Wallee, I believe has a defective tongue. I got him about a month ago, and always noticed him running up to feeders and "licking" them up off the screen wall, hence his name Wallee. Urination

Ummm... Call me stupid, but can chameleons urinate w/o pooping? My little carpet boy pooped early this morning (had a nice poop and nice white urate) and then after a while I saw he just had some watery white urate on the floor of his enclosure? Is that normal? Over-hydrated maybe?

    Is this normal?

Lights are on 12 hours a day. He is by a window so that does make sense, considering his lights come on at 9 am.. maybe I should move it up to 7am. Thanks for the thoughts.

    Is this normal?

Is it normal for my sambava to go about his day doin his usual routine and usually head to his resting spot about 4-5 in the evening, which is about 4-5 hours before his lights go off? He doesn't go to sleep, he just heads down to chill there after he's done his basking, eating, handling, etc...
