Hi,
My Cham is the same although he shows some patterns of different greans and a few brown lines etc but never turns fully brown like i hear others do.

I've just brought 437/277x340mm viv to store my 500 locusts. I've added a 25watt heat bulb so hopwefully it would be ok. I too would like to bred them but would not know where to start?

I recently recieved my roaches from ebay for a reasonable price to. I have aso just brought 500 medium size locusts and was wondering on the best way to house them? I decided to get 500 as my chap gets through so many?

Thanks for your information. I'm 100% sure it is male as it has that spur on the back of the foot he is around 4-5 months old and i was wondering when he would start developing more colours although he has changed a lot recently. i have noticed however that his creast seems a bit dull colour...
I find that of all the foods i have offered, it is the locust that my cham goes crazy for as they are so active, plus they are easy to gut load. Today i got my first lot of roaches and they seem to be going down well?

Any garden centre should be able to order you one in as that is what i did. Also check out http://www.dartfrog.co.uk/ as he does other couple of types of pathos.

I poor the bag into the container whilst standing over the bath tub as they then can't run away if any fall out. I use a lot of locusts and they are a pain to catch as when they come in a bulk bag they are very lively so the bath tub makes my life a lot more easier. Plus my partner would never...
I like the results of the Reptisuns 5. I might just have to give them a try as I only want the best for my cham. So why do people put there uv tubs vertically i.e. on the side of the viv? Whta is the benefit of doing this?
I was thinking of using the Exo terra glo 5. I like the idea of having it go diagnoally across the top. With regards to it going down I did feel uncomfortable in doing this as it does not sound too natural.

I'm setting up a new viv 36w x 48h x 24d and was wondering were would be the best position to place the light tube and what size i.e. on top or down the side?

Locusts are grass hoppers but sold here in the UK as locusts. The ones I use are CB i.e. brought from shops or the internet.
Locusts seem more intertaining and challenging for my cham to hunt compared to crickets

Hi,
I was wondering if it's ok to use Locusts as the main diet rather than cricket's. My Yemen showes little interest in the crickets but as soon as I put the locusts in his viv he immediately goes hunting:)
