 Geesh! Now that's customer service.
What's the name of the nursery? Maybe we have one over here..
Yeah the large ones like the one wendy has that looks like a tree is expensive. The cheaper ones are the small ones.
Dave Weldon knew someone that was giving up the hobby so I emailed her and she sold them to me for $25.
They were the 300 watt ones and those usually cost $60 new.
I'll have to try it and see if it works out well.
Here's the product description...
What??? Wow! That's some serious discount! They sure are expensive.
Nice setup. I like the digging box :D and how you placed the pothos at the bottom.
That plant looks like something you can actually put in the living room for display!
I'm sure she'll be so happy in there :D

Hahaha.. and I thought I spent a lot!! yahahahahaha.. j/k
Yeah, I'm thinking maybe they're running from the water because they were used to it being warm when I was manually misting them.
I have a Hydor inline heater but I have to connect it on my days off. I runs outside the reservoir...
It could also be this:
Mouth Rot (Infectious Stomatitis)

I would get him to a vet ASAP. It's easier to treat a problem in the earlier stages rather than the advanced stage.
Oh yeah, mine threw a bubble and it popped too.
My cham has URI. I first noticed it when he would start "yawning" frequently. So I thought it was nothing.
After a several days, he started forming this thick saliva inside his mouth then I saw a bubble form. I grabbed a qtip and wiped off the excess saliva/mucus gently. It also started...
hmmm.. dat's what I'm afraid of.. I just spent 200 buckaroos on it.
Whenever it turns on my veileds go to a spot where they can't get hit with the water.. Dang, smart chams :D
and so their poops have more yellows in it now..
Do you use a heater with your mister?
Hi, I have a herpmist and I need to find out how to adjust it so instead of it spraying a fine mist I get bigger water droplets?
Kinda like the mist that comes out of the hand pressure sprayers but smaller.
I just want to make sure that it's safe because I don't want the crickets hurting my cham when I feed it to him if he's not healthy.
Like the cham I'm still treating for URI.
Cool :D Thanks Dave & Brad!
Dave, do you think small crickets have spines or at what age do they develop the spines?
I think his cham was only 3 months old. I'm assuming he's feeding the smaller crix.
I feed mine the 3 week old crix.
Are the spines strong on the 3 week old ones?
Hi, thanks for the info. I truly hope his eye does not pop :(
I'm treating my cham for URI right now & whenever I need help with something I usually read the threads posted by others.
Threads like this are helpful especially when someone also encounters the same problem.
Please keep...
So sorry to hear your chams having eye problems. I hope everything turns out for the better...
Did the vet say how he could have gotten a corneal ulcer?
