Thanks for the suggestion. The problem is more the balance of the picture to insert the words, mostly due to the cham on the left being larger and sticking up farther.

I use a Canon 7D. Usually no reflectors. Most times, like these shots, I have a flash from front above with a diffuser and another behind pointing at the background.

Thanks all. These were shot in a room with a painted sky background hanging on the wall. I'm working on it. I have a couple, but nothing that great yet. I guess I'll wait until after Thanksgiving to post them.;) For sure. It's crazy how heavy they are.

Just some pics from the last couple of days feeding off some hornworms. The last pic is the biggest hornworm I have ever seen.....4 inches. He rustled it in just fine, but after 3 chomps it fell out of his mouth. Not hard to figure....damn thing weighed 2 pounds.:)

Good shot. And look at them teeth. Poor mantis never stood a chance.:)
