    Ambilobe Check up!

Alot of users stand by basking panthers at low to mid 80's. I've basked my panther at 88-89f for 4 months now and my guy doesn't puff up or gape. It may depend on the individual cham but if your animal is not being stressed under the conditions I think there is no need to change it. My Cham was...

    Hornworms!!!

I've rotated the same group of worms in the fridge for 2 days and out one day for nearly a month now and have had 0 problems. They "unthaw" and go back to gobbling down chow. I thought maybe one would die but not yet

    Hornworms!!!

They can withstand tempatures from 50f-90f. I put my in the fridge for 2 days and out a day and the fridge is significantly below 50f. These things are hardy. 80-85 is where they grow the fastest and keep in mind that i wait until theyre at least an inch in size before refridgerating.

    Ch. africanus...project.

I am unable to read articles of this nature in full detail because it makes me sick to see what has become of humanity. The majority of people care nothing about the work others have done. I do love the second picture with the lime green and light blue pattern.

    Hornworm question

Hey Dave, glad to see a post from you. The fridge is out in the garage which is the back up/ second fridge and only has some cokes in it. I'm gonna test out a few decent sized worms to see how they respond to the cold and judge it from there. If it's alright to ask, where is the September sbck...

    Hornworm question

I just got my fridge up to 43f so I'm hoping that's warm enough. I'm waitin for the worms to gain more size before putting them into the cold tundra. I'm gonna test a few worms first. Linda do you use a cup with ventilation or a closed up cup?

    Hornworm question

Great advice Linda. The vegetable droor should help as well. 4 years is a long time of experience and with great results doesn't seem like a fluke.

    Hornworm question

I got my first order of hornworms today from mulberry farms. They had great service and shipped my package very well. I have a question regarding sustaining the lives of the worms. It says you can't keep them under 50 degrees but ive heard if you alternate them in a day and out a day they will...

    Very tiny for age

A dwarf veiled chameleon, huh. I gotta say that's AWESOME. It would be such a critical and different situation if he had health issues and severe deformities, but he doesn't. That's way cool and I hope you enjoy the little gift you were given.

No I have not added anything to my chams cage or diet. I think he may have got something in it. I'm hoping that is the case and not something more serious like an infection. Where could I buy saline, are you guys referring to the common name of eye drops. I mean can I drip eye drops in my chams...
