Do as Marc said or you can boil some water and and drown the wood.
I dont know what trees you have where you live but vines and branches from Pines should not be used in reptilecages.
I think its looks good. But I would take out the lecas on the ground of the cage. And I also have a question, is the plasticbox on the ground a feedingbowl or a box to gather water from a dripper? If its a feedingbowl change it to one that isn´t transparent.
And its hard to see if you have...
You havent had your cham for that long, maybe he is checking out his new cage. In the long run it isn´t good though. But for now I don´t think you have to worrie.
But it still could be good if you posted a pic of your setup!
To say if its to hot you need to measure it...
A adult Veiled sould have around 90-95 F at the baskingspot. But as Brad said they dont feel secure when they are at low lovel. My cham is around 2 meters up when shes basking and there is she happy.
It´s a great feeling when they finally arrive! :D
Your temp sounds right but I think they are at the topaverage. He isn´t fully grown yet and younger chams can have a little lower temps overall then adults.
If you can read swedish I can give you the link to a good carecheet and a swedish...
Is that cup in the middle of the enclosure a feedingcup? If it is I think you should replace it with a nontransparant one. Your cham can injury his tounge if he shoots from the wrong position.
When you first get him I should feed him in a cup or handfeed him. Just to see that he is eating. Then after a while you can switch to let the crix raom free in his cage.
Look at this link: http://www.chameleonnews.com/year2003/jan2003/hints/hints.html
About how many you should feed your...
You can also look for Hibiscus. But in sweden it been quite hard to find bigger ones. Maybe its the same in Finland. My Veiled love to munch on the flowers.
Edit: Draecena is ok.
If you have trouble to find RepCal you can use Miner-All and Vit-all instead.
This site sells there products and seems to be located in UK:

Here is the site for info about Miner-All: http://www.miner-all.net/
Use calcium 3 times a week and vitamins like you said once every 2 weeks. This is for his age. When he is older you can use supplements more seldom.
Which are the plants you have asked about? But Ficus benjamina, Pothos and Hibiscus are recommended plants.
I have to en the Bulldog era in this topic and show you some pics of my Australian Kelpie - Tyra (not named after the supermodel)
She normally looks like this:
But sometimes she is not that cute:
1. Chams can get darker to absorb heat faster.
2. Get rid of the waterbowl and start use a dripper http://www.livefoods.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=458 and keep on misting. You can make a dripper on your own. Make it drip on a leaf that the cham can reach once/second.
Chameleon...
I also fed my cham with the black cricks. But I fed them in an feederbowl or handfed them. The main reason why I picked the black ones is because I´ve heard they doesn´t breed that good outside their enclosure. But thats in Sweden and we don´t have the climate as in Florida .
Never...
You´ll get kind of used to it. Me living in the north just close my eyes and imagine that im in the tropics.
My solution to the "problem" was to switch to raoches a basefeeder. They are quiet, less canibalistic and much calmer. Perfect chamfood!
I think the chamcages should be on a table or something. They are to low and the chams have to look up at you should be the opposite.
Thats probably not the solution to this problem but may be a good thing in the long run.
