my humidity stays at 84-85 without misting why?

okay well i got myself a humidifier from exo terra and well i spray some water in my cage and it just sky rockets to 99% and doesn't go down for till like 2-3 hours. i tried spraying only a little water and same thing happens. isnt cause its broken or cause its really humid?

yeahyeah the one im getting is $500 *sigh* but hey its an exotic animal. what do you expect right. yeah im thinking of making a big cage for him. oh you know i defently will take pictures =]. cham nation was really nice and helpful

oh i know i read up on them for months and saved up for everything and checked a ton of care sheets and adjusting all the time for better =] its a nosy faly =D i will post pictures once it settles in and make sure not to use flash or stress the animal =]
