How old is he? You may want to fill out https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ on general husbandry to get your husbandry double checked by the more experienced members. Also, aren't chameleons believed to be deaf? So loud noises wouldn't bother them as long as the vibrations are...

I love it when my guy puffs up, hes a male veiled. Blues and yellows in his neck are so pretty. I obviously give him his space but first I enjoy the show :)

I find that shippers who deal in crickets for feeders have a better quality, last few bait shop buys ended up with a 40% mortality rate. Since I've ordered them including the ones that died during shipping maybe a 5% mortality rate? I hope your baitshop has good cricket stock, for your sake :)
