My male veiled hates me, and regularly goes for me if I overstep my mark. He hasn't changed in a year, so I doubt he ever will. Tis the nature of the beast!

Just in case anyone else has problems with this, i spoke to the shop i get them from today, and they seem to think its something to do with them being transported in cold weather, and it causing some long term problems. We will see if these latest ones get this!

I buy them in a shop called Pet's Corner, but I am in the UK so its very easy to get them, which is good as my cham no longer eats crickets!

This is what our local store that sells all the fish lights and UVB does. When we buy a new one, they take the old one and dispose of it for us. I presume it is done in an environmentally friendly way, but will check! :)

Yeah, when he gets really angry, his stripes go quite yellow, and the spots go a dark olive green! Obviously he is shedding again, but got some nice colours on him I think. Just want to make sure he looks healthy!

Joe (the other half) took this today. They aren't great as they are through the glass (he gets aggressive otherwise), but it shows him puffed up etc. He is about a year old now. What do you think? He look healthy?

How fab would it be if Tommy and Hugo were related if he came from the same breeder as Lily? I would like to know what the shop owner does too. Would love to be able to get Hugo a little friendlier. :)

Yup, Hugo is a master of this manoeuvre! Has done it countless times (first time was 5 miinutes after we got him, dropped staright to the floor - 4ft drop!). Usually I catch him, but this is why i don't handle him very often, becuase he will just let go and drop. Little bugger!!
