The reason I prefer the dusting cup is because it catches all the excess vitimans that are not used and saves them for the next dusting. It makes vitimans last a long time.

It depends on the size of the superworms. All superworms are not super sized until they're full grown. I feed my Panther Chameleons superworms 50% of the time and have never had an issue. Some folks say that you should only give them as treats, but my experience has proven that they can eat...
