Crickets Loose in the car!
A couple of days ago on the way home from buying crickets, the cricket keeper tipped over and at least a dozen got loose in my car!! I pulled over to get them and they had disappeared!! Vacuumed my car and never found them! I was so creeped out!:(:eek:

Be careful what you buy at Petco! From my own recent personal experience the only linear bulbs they sold were really poor quality. I think the brand name we bought was zilla, and it was covered in a thick plastic. From what I have learned on these forums they can't get the necessary UVB through...

Lose the night light
Sounds like a vet would be the best choice right now. I'm also pretty new with this, and please correct me if I'm wrong.
The items that I noticed seemed off in the husbandry is the red night light being on 24 hours a day, is not necessary, and can weaken their immune...
I have a reptisun 5.0 linear for UVB, just wanted to try something different for the basking light, and wanted to make sure it would work. Thanks for your help!
