Yes honey mixed with pure calcium and some dino fuel, and I also put the castors in pure Calcium so when they hatch they are covered in the dust. It works for me Mark

I go down the route of blue bottle flies in England as its very cheap and all my chams wolf them down. Even after a full feed my cham eats loads of them I wish they were like this on all feeders. It's like they behave differently when I put 40 or so into his cage . Mark
