Cool? Dude, I haven't opened it yet.. I'm still getting up the courage to feed it to em..ewwwwwwwwww..hhahaha.. I keep telling myself i love roaches, i love roaches.. :D
One of the roaches went up the tong i was trying to pick it up with and I almost dropped all the roaches on my floor...
They sure do! I wanted to see what Jeweled Chameleons was selling though but for the life of me, I could not find his booth! And there were so many people..
Yeah, I couldn't believe i spent soo much! I just totalled it out when I was at work today..
I was like ohhhhhhhhhhhhh man!!!!!!
I only got the cream colored nozzles from herpmist cuz I already bought their misting system like 2 weeks ago. It works great but I added a hydor inline heater...
Supplies, supplies, supplies, cage & one of Amandil's babies from the Kammers that hasn't hatched yet but I just paid it since I was already there.. :D
Thanks again Ryan! :D
Dude, there was also this absolutely gorgeous snake for $25,000 (or was it $20,000). Oh man it was sooo beautiful...
Thanks Ryan! Now I know who took one of the males and there were only 2 of them. Just kidding! :D
Seriously, I emailed Kammerflage like 2 weeks before the show & they said they wouldn't have any of Amandil's babies avail to bring so I wasn't gonna go to begin with. Decided at the last minute...
You mean can his legs & casque look like as if he never had MBD?
Nope those are permanent.
He won't look normal but the MBD can be stopped & if it's that bad you should take him to the vet ASAP to stop more bones from breaking or damaging his organs.
There's things a vet can do that...
I've read somewhere, I don't exactly know where off the top of my head right now, that in the wild, panthers (I think it was panthers) would rub their cloaca on branches etc to mark their territory.
Then other chams would go & lick the branches to see if someone else is living there.. Yuck...
I would check her poop to see if she's dehydrated.
You can try the Big Dripper or make your own then adjust the drip so that it's hanging for a while before it drops.
I've read of people using air pumps and an airstone & putting it in a dish to make the water move but I don't think this...
San Fran is nice! I wish I could live there but its toooo expensivo!
My best friend from near Walnut Creek is coming down on the 4th of July :D. She lives like an hour away (in the boonies :D) from San Fran.
If you keep him indoors, you can just use the basking bulb & Reptisun 5.0...
Where's the "sunset"? Is it right in the heart of SF?
Yeah, veileds do have better colors than jacksons.
I've read it's in Morro Bay off pch 1 I believe. I don't know exactly where..

LOL.. yeah ship em over to me...
You really want veileds? Where in SF do you live?
I used to live in San Bruno, where it's very humid, foggy, and cold even during the summer since it's near Pacifica Beach.
I think that weather in San Bruno is perfect for Jackson's. In fact I read somewhere there are Jacksons that live in...
If you can't provide the care that he needs, I would advise you not to give the cham to a pet shop but find someone who can take care of him that has experience with chameleons. Maybe post an ad in the classifieds here on chameleon forums or something.
