Hello! I am a owner of a veiled female chameleon..We recently bought her from a local petstore (2 weeks ago today}& according to them,she is 4 months old..the next day we went to purchace crickets & ran into the owner who then told us she came with a note saying "surprise I am pregnant!"...umm...

I have 2 questions...Ive read in different threads about taking the chams a bath? I was just wondering if thats something you do only when their sick or dehydrated? Or am I supposed to do it every now & then? If so,what is the best way to take them a bath? (I have a male veiled 4-6mths)....also...

okay I decided to weigh him tonight & he weighes 20 grams?:confused: Seems under weight to me if the one members weighs 45 grams & i think hes about the same age:eek:

I took my boy Cam out today for some nice sunlight & he loved it:p Up till when the neighbor walked down the sidewalk & he got mad:rolleyes: He is something else though...I love my boy:)

Ive only had him 1 week yesterday so Im not sure what he had before,but I just got him some ReptoCal calcium & vitamin d3 lst night & dusted a couple of crickets...I was advised from another member yesterday to get some multi vitamins & not to do the dusting everyday...more like 2 times a month

okay I finally saw him wobble & i dont think its the leaf thing.....its more when hes sitting there..he kind of looks like hes swaying..idk:confused: i hope its not the beginning of something bad? He walks fine,eating,pooping everything normal

Okay another question about my Cam(4-6 month old male veiled)...my bf says he seems a lil wobbly to him tonight? I havent noticed it..its a slight lil wobble...everything is fine as far as eating,drinking,pooping,temps....any suggestions what this might be? :confused:
