Most ignorant post I have ever read. A chihuahua? They were bred to fight as well, and are far meaner in my experience than pit bulls. Pit bulls have been america's favorite breed of dog for a very long time, because they are strong enough to protect the house and loyal enough to be trusted...
I once posted a video on break.com that made the front page. Got me $600. Perhaps you have heard of it, "the nickel trick."
Ladies please calm down. I will sign autographs but that is all.
Hello everyone. I have a mushroom that is growing out a stump in my hibiscus. Is this harmful to the chameleon or shrub? If it is bad for the shrub only how bad is it? It looks cool Haha.
What??? In my state having certain trees will get you a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years, $500,000 fine, and your license revoked for 2 years... That's way worse than what the Dubia roach guy got. :D
Just thought I would derail this thread with more politics...
I put him on a large hanging pothos whenever I take him out. It isn't totally enclosed so I have to watch him while he is out. He spends a lot of time looking out the window when he is inside, so I've been trying to take him out as often and for as long as possible.
Every time I take my Senegal chameleon outside he gets these large dark spots. Not sure what it means. Any ideas?
He only does this outside. It is different than the "low stress" black spots he was covered in when I bought him.
I've been following this...
I am sure this is not a regular occurrence. Obviously they called fedex first to make sure the box was in A/C and let them know a very expensive live animal was inside. They handle way too many boxes to open them for fun. ;)
If you dust every day through out the year, how bad would it be to not dust for 2 weeks?
If you had all the food organized, seems it would be easier on the sitter if they didn't have to dust. And I would be worried about them over dusting, or using the wrong dust etc.
Alright guys. I have some questions about cleaning out the cricket container. Currently I have them in a large empty pretzel container with some cardboard for them to hide in. How do you clean out the container to keep it from smelling?
Do you just get enough crickets so that you use them...
What kind of hand mister are you using? Someone on here recommended to me a pump-up pressurized spray bottle from a hardware store. It works a lot better than the trigger spray bottles. More steady stream, and a finer mist.
Although I bought an automatic mister and my chameleon really loves...
I don't handle my guy. I try to leave him alone as much as I can, since he seems to prefer it that way. My girlfriend on the other hand handles him every time she comes over... and he likes her better. Even though I feed him, and bought the 100 mister he enjoys so much...
Do you guys run your misters at night, or just during the day? Do you have the mister set for different times on different days?
I am super impressed with this thing. It creates such a fine mist.
