My favourite is the one of C. tigris laying into a bromelia!! i didn't think they could do that.. but also all the parsonii, globifer and Oshaughnessyi are wonderfull!!! ;)
I use as supplement for my deremensis 2 times a week calcium and 1 time calcium + d3.. i give her more food now because she's young but i will use all the types of insects i can and she can eat!! also a day of fasting would be a good idea for adult deremensis..
