Well, right now I have a Golden Capella Schefflera aka Umbrella plant, and a Hibiscus as well as artificial plants and vines. The hibiscus looks like its dying, but I'm not sure if its the Chameleons eating all the leaves on it, or just to much ight. The Schefflera is doing fine though...
I've been looking at some Ambanja's at chameleonsonly.com, at Theodons offspring as pictured here...
Or here is the link

I was considering getting the "Panther Package" from them aswell...
hmmm still not sure though :o
Yea, I am also considering a Jonstons as well as a Fischer. So hard to choose! Also keep me updated Brad, if you decide purchase anything. If I buy a Panther, its either going to be from Kammerflage Kreations (Im gonna go with the Panther package deal) or from Jenna. Those are the only 2 I...
The "wanting another chameleon" bug!:p
I am interested in getting a Panther Chameleon, but I'm not sure what kind yet. I like the Nosy-Bes, Ambilobes, actually I like then all! :o If you where going to buy another Cham, what would you possibly buy? How hard is taking care of a Panther...
Usually I soak mine in hot water, and every few times, I will get a bucket filled with warm, soapy water and swish the things inside it. Then rinse everything off.
Waterbowls are bad. Chameleons like to poop in them, bacteria likes to grown in them, and also Chameleons wont drink out of still water. So its best to get rid of the the bowl completly, unless it is used to catch water.
Try just spraying the cage completely. Kinda like make it so water is dripping of the leaves, branches etc etc. But don't directly spray them, spray around them.
My Veileds get that too. I read that its normal, its salt deposits due to low humidity I think. I'm sure someone else has more info, but I dont think there is anything to worry about.
No problem. If they are too big, you can use this free image software that I, as well as many other people on this forum I'm assuming use to re-size them. Here is the link http://www.irfanview.com/.
Click on the "New Reply" button. Then there should be a screen that says "Reply to Topic". There is a little paperclip icon. Click on that and it opens a new page. Click "Browse", find the picture you want on your computer then click "upload". :)
Hope that helps!
EDIT: You may have...
Pictures would help alot. Sometimes though, they turn and maneuver their eye turrent, to try and clean them out. That will make one eye look swollen sometimes. Is it still swolen?
Yea, mine do that too. But they usually know when its night time outside and are already in their spot. Sometimes they are not, and whenever the lights go out, all you can hear is them racing to their spots. Sometimes they sleep with their to front legs on the back of the cage, like leaning...
I am using branches that are off my bush outside my house (I forget what its called). I was told by the breeder who I bought my Chams off of, said to make sure there is no buds on the branches since the Cham may eat them, and some can be poisonus to them. All I did was cut them off the bush...
Hey Chuck, my chameleons do that also. They climb around most of the day looking for food I guess since recently I let a few crickets run around their cages without putting them in a dish. They seem to like "hunting" the crickets rather then them eating out of a dish. They seem to be...
I've also read that Chams can hear only a very very little. They communicate with each other by vibrating the branches they are on, as well as their color. I'm not sure though, I would also like to know if they can or can't...
Welcome to the forums!
Well, she could just be tired of eating crickets everyday. It would be like you eating pizza everyday, you'd get tired of that too :P. Maybe try some wax worms, meal worms, roaches, fruit flys, etc etc. as a treat but not as a staple food source. Also, more info is...
Yea as lele said he could be just trying to cool off. We need more info as well. He also could have a respiratory infection. Does he often look up with his mouth open? I read that can be a sign of a respiratory problem, but I'm not sure though.
EDIT: Didn't see Jennas post above mine :P...
