No problem:) It can be done in the same room and I dont want to sway you from getting the cham you want the most. That is what is important. Just want to let you know that its going to be a juggling act;) Not everyone can juggle. I can a little. Can you?:D
If you are going to try it some things...
Yes, that is a fischers cham. Even if in the same room but not right next to each other you arent going to be able to keep two totally different species exactly happy in my opinion. Along with what I mentioned, montanes like a very good night time drop while low land species need a drop but not...
Kinyongia multituberculata.
Why?
First off, you can find them captive bred from a forum member who does and awesome job. They have two cool saw blade like horns, very active, nice colors and most seem to be "personable".
Another GREAT reason is that you have a jacksons already. They...
A vet wont be able to do anything. Separate them. They may not be getting enough food from competition. Only 14? was that the total of eggs? Could be from a female who wasnt nourished properly. Could just be weak hatchlings also.
She looks really good! 8 to 12 is probably an average clutch size. I think I got 9 to 11 in the 4 clutches of tavetana I have hatched which are very similar.
Sweet! They look to be growing nicely! Glad you got the eye problems figured out also.:D I really really really like this species. They are awesome, for a Trioceros species:D
Catch away if you can care for them. If you cant you can still catch away and try to eradicate some. Just make sure you dont let them suffer. As much as I love chams I dont love invasive species of any sort.
Clearly a male. Noticeable hemipenal bulge along with typical male coloration at that size.
On a side note. I cant stand when people sell beat up panthers like that. He is not overly beat up but you can tell he has been in contact with at least another animal from the marks on his one leg...
Glad they are settling in nicely and you like them that much!! The male I had was more active then the two females. Just make sure to keep a bin in for the female, of course. I have to agree, they seem to be much hardier then K. tavetana at least! Now post some pics:D
I agree. Both look female to me but Im not going to give a 100% without some more pics. If you have a macro setting on your camera use it. Its for taking up close pics. Usually the icon is a flower.
Im no expert but I can also see many contradictions of what you claim are Ambato "treats". Along with what Kent has pointed out you can see the non faded barring in pics of your offspring and ones that Chris A. posted. Its always gotta be one sided and if one is not on your side its a fight or...
