The cage itself seams fine, but where you put it in your house im not too sure. He is surrounded by mirrors. So at anytime he could think there is 3-5 male chameleons around him, adding to stress which shortens life expectancy. But what do i know
Oh we have lots of crickets. Its funny though, I know i cant be 100% on this, but i visually see her eat like 3X as many crickets as he does, shes a little hunter.
Well in 2-3 months ill have to see how much money i have, with how gorgeous their parents are i would be highly interested. And seeing we are both in Texas maybe we can work something out.
Its not our first day anymore, but i was bored so i thought i would update this post with some more pics of our guy. We dont have any East/west windows except for one, so we took them out of their cages for some sun in the window. Couple of his younger GF too, in the 2nd picture or her shes...
What was wrong with her that made her ill in the first place? If it was something respiratory then cig smoke might have been the "last straw". But if it is unrelated then i would doubt it.
I really like this enclosure, the glass doors make it looks real nice and gives me ideas. I plan on making something very similar to this build for my 2 panthers when they outgrow their repti-breeze's
