it's such a terrible situation..between worrying about the cham, and dealing with supervisors and employees that just don't even care and seem to be bothered because they have to do their jobs..ugh.

i used to raise these(not this same species though), they secrete the cyanide as a defensive mechanism if they are touched.
defiitely re-pot the ficus and wash the pot well.
i've always loved the creepy crawlies, plus i breed and sell them :D
chis are the family pets, 3 are my sisters, 2 are moms.

if i buy any large crickets from the store by me, before i get home at least 20 are dead and the rest join them in cricket heaven overnight. they want $65 for a box of 1000 too..uhh, no thanks!

i do agree though, dubia can be slow, but there are other species that produce pretty fast in comparison
i've never ordered anything from mulberry, LLL were my cricket dealers for...
i'm aware, lol. i usually have most bugs shipped 2-3 day during the spring and on not so hot summer days, and overnighted during the colder months.
but i haven't ordered crickets online in a while as i have a fairly large dubia colony and they do much better than crickets when shipped in colder...
i've had shipments come from LLL where they were double boxed and the outside box had no screening, they made it without any problems. they were overnighted though.
