Here in east Tennessee the stink bug's are a big problem. We have the Brown marmorated stink bug that showed up about 4 years ago. In the fall there's hundreds that get in my house trying to get in before winter. Then in the spring they try to get back out when the weather warms up. The smell is...
So basically the schedule would be to use plain calcium 6 days a week and then on the 7th day calcium with d3 then skip a week and then use herptivite or Repashy the following week on the 7th day and keep rotating back and forth?
I also forgot to mention that he's going to be kept indoors at all times under a 5.0 uvb bulb and does that make any difference in the supplements with the d3 in it? on my instructions sent from screameleons it says to give chams kept indoors rep-cal with d3 every other day for juveniles and...
I do have the rep-cal with vit.d and also the herptivite. I just need to pick up some calcium with out the d3 in it. Since it seems that using the 3 supplements from what I read on here has been working good for the most part maybe I should just stick to the old method to be safe then.
I've been doing a lot of research over the past few weeks and this forum has been the most helpful. This will be my first cham, I'm receiving a 4 month old Sambava panther male from Screameleons. I decided I was going to dust my crickets only with Repashy Calcium Plus instead of using the the 3...
Thanks for the replies, I'll go ahead and get some river stones to put on top of the soil. I may just go ahead and just use my bonsai soil mix to repot as it drains very well then i don't have to worry about root rot.
I'm receiving my first panther cham in a few days and was going to put a dwarf schefflera in with him and repot it. I couldn't find any organic soil at the store with out fertilizer in it so i picked up some peat moss. So should that that be safe or should I also put some river stones over the...

Wow she ate a few guppies. That must have been a site to see. I had to read that twice to make sure I read that correctly! You gave me a good laugh for the night. :D
Thanks for the responses, Yeah at first I'll probably just buy maybe 50 crickets to get the hang of things and maybe try a few worms to see what she likes and to try and keep it simple at first.
First I would like to give thanks to all the members on here that give such great information and I'm thankful I came across this great forum.
