Water falls aren't too great for Chams... They hoard bacteria... But in my opinion if you put it in there take it out and clean it and replace it with Fresh water everyday..

The joints would be morels round and not a firm v shape when bended. They will lay down most likely lower to the ground or even on the ground and would be extremely weak and wouldn't be able to support their own body weight, aka trouble standing properly

Welcome!! Ask anytime and hm... Tropical (UVB) I'm assuming? The tropical UVB lights aren't as strong as the desert UVB light, don't give off as much UVB rays.. The deserts are more powerful.. But if you make an area for your beardie to get closer to the light kind of like a basking spot, sure...

Where did you find this from? It looks like a baby caterpillar of some sort.. If it is a worm that is so coool llol.. But I have no idea if it's safe...
