2'x2'x4' is the min for adult veiled. not sure about the others. mine is 3'x3'x6

a plastic dixie cup with a pinhole at the bottom works just fine. i had a lil drippter but it just didnt "drip" like it should have. it was a stream for half the tub then wouldnt drip. so now i just use one of them red plastic party dixie cups with 2 pinholes and it drips all day long.

most people use drainage. 2 of the plants in my cage i rotate out for when my guy gets a shower. and i let soil stop dripping before i put it back in the cage. but for the most part my plants get enough water from the misting. but i have a large cage and it has 2 drains in it...
