i just use plastic. water drains in the drainage and when i need to clean dead leaves and waste i just take the screen off the drain and wipe it all down the hole and dump the bucket.

tk me around 3-4 months to get my guy used to "cup" feeding.
start by putting half the crickets in the "cup" and other half run free.
