    Cherry tree branches??

Yes de bark them and remove any fruit/leaves. Then I would soak them and put them in your oven for about 5-10 mins on 250-300. Please stay close and keep an eye while their in the oven.

    Grass!!!

lol I like this question. It could work in theory but you would need a shade tolerant, moisture tolerant grass species. Like a red fescue. I am probably going to do something like this in the future but I also manage turf for a living.

    I freakin HATE my monsoon

I think it's all a matter of how the tubes are set up in proportion to how powerful the pump is. I have to fix irrigation lines on golf courses and just slight inclines and declines can cause pressure changes. Just something to consider, I don't have an automated mister yet myself. Also that...

    Live plants!

I honestly don't know if the money tree is monecious or dieceous (has both male + female parts or either or). However I think I may just be confusing you as I think the people selling the plants have already done the homework knowing these would be purchased as indoor plants in homes. So the...

    Live plants!

thats a money tree. I haven't used one myself as I have a umbrella tree, however with my experience I don't see why they would be unsafe. Try for one that is male so it will not bear any fruit.

    Live plants!

It is probably mis-labeled as monkey trees; they are endangered so I doubt they would be on the commercial market, but hey stranger things have happened. If you can't find an umbrella tree try a dwarf Fiscus, they are usually pretty common house plants.

    Live plants!

If you can even find one of those maybe lol. I would suggest a umbrella or money tree instead. Also I think the "needles" on the monkey tree might be a little to abrasive for the chams skin

when to put them to bed....

I struggled at first with the time changes with winter. But I got a timer for my lights at home depot for like 12.00 and have it set to mimic the daylight outside. It goes on around 7am and off at 7pm. My cham was falling asleep with the real time outside anyway regardless if his lights...

    Live plants!

Have you got an idea of the types you want? There is a few "safe plant" lists for chameleons around if you search. You can't go wrong with real plants!

How to keep indoor plant alive

Go to your local hydroponic store and ask for a 6500K CFL light or a small LED light. These won't give off heat but will stimulate the photosynthesis your plant needs to obtain its nutrients. Basically UV light and no heat is what you want

    Parasites question

Try emailing here at the University of Guelph. I am a student here and just recently like as of two days ago found out they do all kinds of herp research. I am actually getting my chams fecal tested and have a check-up done once it gets a little warmer. [email protected] Hugues...

    Orchids in the cham cage

You could keep them in the pots but make lots of slits in the sides to allow the roots to grow.

    drippers and mistings?

Theres an entire thread stickied devoted to drainage ideas. I for right now have a simple method of resting my cage over a plastic tray. To support the heavy plant I went to Home Depot and got 1" thick pieces of wood (I got 4 cut just to have extras) to sit at the bottom and then I put the white...

    How does your cham drink.

Mine used to drink almost right from the dripper directly but now he's smarter or just lazy and will stand under the drops and allow it to roll down his face and he just licks it up. He will lick from the leaves every now and then as well

    Are mealworms dangerous?

My kinyongia really likes mealworms. I try not to feed them constantly as I offer crickets/dubias as a staple but he for sure eats at least two every other day and he is healthy as a cucumber. I haven't witnessed him eat a superworm yet but I imagine he has. I bought a tub of them like 2 months...
