Having good air exchange seems like a good idea to me. All I'm concerned about is Ares. I don't want to cause him any unnecessary stress. I have may fan clamped at the end of the shelf blowing across the insect tanks then into my cage. It's not pointing directly into my cage. Its a very...

To add a little air flow around the cage. We are headed into summer any week now. It will be 90-100f for then next 2 months or more. I have a tiny 4" USB fan that will work well for that. . Do you still use the basking light in summer?.

Whats the difference?. I looked at those bulbs they look the same. There both UVA incandescent bulbs. https://www.amazon.com/Exo-Terra-Sun-Glo-100-Watt-120-Volt/dp/B0002AR3NU/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=exo%2Bterra%2Bsunglo&qid=1558459098&s=gateway&sr=8-2&th=1 After watching Ares he likes climbing on...

He will single out the 2-3 in the feeder before going after crickets. He def gets plenty of other feeders. He always eats supers 1st. I noticed he doesn't climb up on the top screen since I moved the light down. He use to spend allot of time up there before.

LOL, Ares must prefer Super worms over Crickets. He always eats them 1st. Should I not put them in everyday?.

I checked the angle. No water gets in the feeder. Things look closer than the really are. Its not a blast of any kind. Its a fine mist. If it did he can move out the way :). I'm gonna give this goose neck light a go...

That's why I use it. The added calcium shouldn't hurt. I put in Bug Burger and this stuff for the crickets. Will Panthers eat Veggies ?. The temps under the T5 about 8" under it I got 76F. His basking branch is 85F max now. I can adjust the branch to make it hotter later. I ordered that corner...

Question, Why does there need to be a basking lamp if the T5 puts out enough heat for that?.

I was curious what the temps are under the T5 , I'm getting 100f right under it. I will check what the temp is on he branch tomorrow. Ares is stress from all the commotion. He is basking under the T5 and has turned dark . I notice he does this to take in more heat.

I read 12" or less was fine?. I had it at 10" from the T5 to the basking branch. I had raised the light to take pics so everything could be seen. It's not possible for the T5 fixture and the basking light to be in the same area with both flushh on top. There would need to be separate areas...

No, I wouldnt think a meter would be needed. As far as I know the T5 UVB is the best bulb avaible. Only thing I get concerned about are night time temps. Today it was 67f at 6am. I've read anything above 65f is fine. I've noticed Ares doesn't like the fog. He runs from it. Is there any benefit...

I could add more shrink film above the panels on both sides . The film is transparent, works well. I have a fogger I modified. Should it run all night?. It has a timer function up to 8hrs. On my previous post where it has "calcium" that is a link to the stuff they recommend.
