So I'm hopefully picking up a full adult enclosure with all the things I need included and a 3 year old chameleon for 200 dollars off a local person from craigslist. Now the question is, it will be my first chameleon, let alone my first reptile. I'm wondering if I should try and get to a local...
I've been seeing pictures of peoples trips and what not on here. And articles about discovering species and going on great expeditions. What kind of jobs let you do this out there? Do they pay well? And either way, you could basically leave your mark on something to be around forever! Im unsure...
Yeah, I will probably just do both just to be safe. This is if I can scrounge up enough cash. The weather needs to get warmer sooner so I can start mowing lawns again D:
I could put the potted plant in a bucket and leave the drip on during school, then mist when im home. That way if it overfills. And yeah ill have to check the temp, during winter it can get colder, and I usually have a fan on during the night xD but ill have to check the temp xD
Ahhh ok. Also does that ad have everything I need? Maybe a bulb that gives off no light for nighttime? And do I need two heat lamps on at once. I texted the guy from the ad and we discussed it a bit. Hopefully my dad is up to it, as he thinks it would be cool too.
Ok thank you! And I found this seller on craigslist nearby. Does anyone think its a good deal if I can get the seller down into the 200 range? http://bn.craigslist.org/for/2847038117.html
Do you need to do both? Or can I just use a drip system for awhile?I assume I would just Keep it over top of the potted plant I will be putting in the cage so it drips down into the soil. Just want to be sure before I get a chameleon.
