What did you cut your tubing with? Make sure there are no burrs and that you didn't pinch the line before you put it in. It also has to be a square cut. They have the same kinda deal at Home Depot or Lowes if yours continues to fail.

Wheres it leaking at? on the seal to the tub? or where the 1/4" line goes in? I had to silicone in my bulkhead where it met my trash and my reservoir is 32 gallons so its got a good bit of pressure on it.

Have you tried any flies or moths? Sometimes that will work, as for force feeding I am unsure when you should attempt that. Is she hanging out at the bottom of the cage and dark?
