Thats great I would just put together a quick care sheet. There are tons out there that you could base yours off of. I would just make a list of everything they need in the most basic form and then add some suggestions like misting systems.

That that would be fine and I would prob put them in the warmer parts of the fridge so not toward the back or top. It shouldnt be to bad just dont crank it up
You have to wait a few days. when they turn greyish thats when you put them in the fridge and the ones that turn yellow are infertile. A plastic bag or a container will be fine. Dont put them right in or they will die
Really you just need to separate them and take some of chams1 advice. Also you said you give them circkets in the morning and afternoon, give all in the morning they need the light and heat to digest their food if not they could get impaction which isnt fun.
Ive used them before and they are grear cages and really are almost identical to the LLL cages. They are more expensive but if you want the bigger screen they will be great. I didnt buy the larger cage from them the one I bought the only difference between it and an LLL cage was the bottom wasnt...
I would drill some pretty big holes all over the bottom maybe like around 20-25ish and cover them with somw screen if you are worried about feeders getting out. I would just drain it into something flat and big and then just empty it sometimes.
