Usually not a good idea to feed "wild" insects. This is because of the possibility of parasites and just all around bad stuff the cham shouldnt be consuming.
He does it when your pissing him off by hovering over him and sticking your hands in his face. These guys are pretty tempermental, the slightest leaf change can cause them to go into food strike. There really more for show over the mantel than a dog u can play with. But yeah, they get stressed...

So I used that zilla calcium supplement spray. Now the lil dudes blasten those crickets left and right. I followed the 3 drop method. Seemed to work like crack. So yes he is dead eye apolo and eatin hardy.

I was wondering if that was the case. I'm also using the exo terro temp/humid. The basking spot reads 90 but yet apolo sits on basking all blacked out trying to absorb heat like he's too cold.
