Every now and then Larry will be hand feeding and air will escape his mouth after his tongue shoots and before it retracts. It sounds like a combination of a squeal and a hiss.
A few weeks ago, Larry shot my hand instead thinking it was feeding time. Long story short, I panicked because he could barely use his tongue for the rest of the night. He was better in the morning but I had never felt so bad since I thought I maimed him. Live and learn.

When I start spraying his enclosure down he does a few subtle head-bobs. He drinks his water normally and doesn't display any 'I'm mad at you' colors, I'm not sure what the little bobs though mean. Any ideas on what it means?
Great looking little guy you have there.
He could just have parents that were well taken care of. Stanley (one of Jann's pups) is a monster and I would say outsizes most other chameleons I have seen at his age.
