Since I sold my cham I now have no use for my Dubia Roach colony. I originally bought 100 mixed sizes from ken the bug guy in November last year and they have consistently bred throughout the year. However when I did have my cham he refused to eat these roaches so this colony has had nothing...

So there seems to be a number of chameleon keepers scattered in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. I don't see any reason why we can't get together occasionally to socialize and to talk about chams and there husbandry. Chameleon forums is a fantastic place for cham keepers worldwide but...
I have a 25 count of butterworms that have been in my posession for 2 weeks. My veiled chameleon will not touch them. I'm offering them free to cham keepers in the SF bay area. just let me know if you want them and come get them.
So yesterday I removed Oz from his cage so I could to a little cage maintenance and cleaning. I placed him in a ficus that I had next to the window sill so he could get some warmth from the sun while I change his UVB bulb, clean the bottom of the cage and the drainage pan, install a handle on...
I have managed to breed some hawk moths that have laid the eggs on the host plant (Tomato Plant). My question is what is the best way to extract the eggs from the plant. I want to remove the eggs from the plant before they hatch. Would tweezers be ok? Are the eggs every delicate. Any advice...
Hi All,
It's been a long time since I have uploaded pictures of my guy "Oz", and like most people on this forum the weather this weekend was ideal to get outside. He will be 10 months old at the end of this month and this was his first time outside. I have only held him 3 times before so...
I have a colony of Turkistans that I got for free from forum member DGray almost 2 weeks ago. I have decided that I do not want them. There are approximately 200 of them with a plastic enclosure and egg flats. If you are in the San Francisco/Bay Area and want them just PM me. Did I mention...
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to share a picture of my first cham. I got from Pardalisgirl on 12/30/09 he is 4 months old and was sired by the late Otto. On the couple of occasions that I have tried to photograph him he usually goes dark and hides from me. But this afternoon I tried again...

The guy bought it for his son and has lost interest in it and now wants it to go to a good home. He's not greedy just asking for a donation to take...
I've seen the term "F100" used here and there on these forums regarding some clutches or hatchlings. Can someone explain what this means? I was just looking at the available panthers on the screameleons website and they have F100's as a reference number on some of these baby chams.
Hi All,
This is my first post and I do not have a chameleon yet. I have been researching the past couple of weeks on what it takes to properly care for a chameleon and this forum is by far the best place for info. I plan to purchase a cham this year. My question is do any of you know...
